Canvas structure

All artwork is on wooden framed box canvases.

What does 40x16 inch (EXAMPLE) canvas mean?
It means the canvas is 40 inches wide x 16 inches high

All artwork is ready to hang

I have seen a painting on your site but I’d like it in another size
All designs are painted in the canvas size on display. However the design can be painted on different sized canvas upon request.

Can you design one off pieces?
Yes we can. Please go to products, custom canvas on the navigation bar

Will the colours I see on screen be the same as the finished canvas?
We cannot guarantee this as individual monitor settings can vary. If you require a sample of a specific colour please let us know and we can arrange to send you a sample.

Will the design of the painting be the same as the image I see online?
As all our canvases are hand painted it is very difficult to get each one exactly the same but we endeavour to try and match each piece.

How do I care for my canvas?
Do not expose continuous, strong sunlight or moisture. Try and avoid pointing any strong lighting (halogen) directly at the painting. Do not clean with a wet/damp cloth. A light Hoover with the brush attachment will get rid of any dust on the surface or even just use a duster.

Who designs your work?
All artwork is designed and produced by our in house team

What is the depth of a canvas?
All canvases are 1.4 inches deep

Do you supply to trade?
Yes, but we would require a company profile first. Contact us for more details.

How secure is the website?
All your payment details are processed by a secure server and this information is sent by 128 bit encryption meaning it is impossible to break the code and steal your credit or debit card details. A small padlock icon will appear in the status bar of the browser at the bottom of your screen when you are entering your card details, signifying you are currently on a secure platform. Another sign that you are on a secure site is that in the address bar of the browser you will notice that the beginning of the website address will be https://.

What about my personal details?
Your personal details are essential for the delivery of the items you have ordered and if you have requested we will send you mailings in the future. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions.

The images and designs used on the LaiQ website are produced and owned by LaiQ. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner whatsoever without express permission from LaiQ.
Any copyright infringement will be seen as theft and dealt with accordingly


DELIVERY 
Who will my items be sent through?
We will dispatch your goods through royal mail or a courier company.

Can I place an order and arrange for it to be sent to another address?
Yes. Simply add your desired delivery address in the ordering process.

How much is delivery?
Delivery to UK mainland is free. Delivery outside of UK mainland varies. Please contact us for more details.

What if im not in when you try to deliver?
If the goods are being delivered via a courier then we will be notified of this and will get in contact with you. However if it is being delivered by royal mail the failure will only be bought to our attention once we receive the goods back, again we will contact you.

Do you deliver overseas?
Yes. Please contact us for more details of cost and time it will take to deliver

Can I request my painting to be delivered on a particular day?
Yes. If you require a Saturday then an additional cost will be incurred. Saturday delivery to UK mainland costs £10. Please send us an e-mail after you have placed your order advising which day you would like you product delivered.

I was told my order would arrive today but it hasn’t what should I do?
Unfortunately despite booking your order for a specific date errors do occur from time to time. . Please contact us to resolve and we will ensure that we keep you satisfied.

How long will my order take?
Please allow 3-21 days for any canvas and 4-8 weeks for cards.

Do I have to sign for my goods?
Yes you need to ensure someone is available to sign for the goods

Which payment/switch/credit cards do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Delta

What happens if I wish to place an order but would rather not use my credit card online?
You can place an order and also pay by cheque and bank transfer Please make all cheques payable to LaiQ and send to LaiQ, PO BOX 1261, Luton, LU1 9F All bank transfers need to be made to HSBC. Account name LaiQ S/C 40-30-32 A/C 42164515 Only when payment is received and cleared for the above will the goods be despatched.

How do I place an order?

What is a shopping cart?
This is like a shopping trolley or basket. It holds all your goods in one place so you can view it at one go

Do you proof the order?
We will send out a proof once an order has been placed and the insert form has been completed and returned

What languages do you print in?
We print in English, Arabic, Bengali and Urdu. Please contact us if you would like a different language

Can I see samples of your cards?
Yes. Just simple click the “buy sample” button on the product you would like a sample of

Do you offer a bespoke service were you can design a one off card for me?
Yes. Please contact us for more details

How long will my order take?
Your order can take between 4-8 weeks. If you require a quicker service please contact us and I’m sure we can arrange something

Can I change the colours of the designs?
Yes. You can change the colours on all of our designs to suit your own colour scheme for your wedding

Can I have the guest’s names printed on the invitations?
Yes, please contact us for more details. This will incur additional charges

Is there a minimum amount of cards that I must order?
No. You can order as less cards as you like or as many as you like

What if I haven’t ordered enough?
When you place your order you should take into consideration a few spares. However it is no problem at all to make a few extra invitations for you if needed at a later date

What do your prices include?
Everything unless you have asked for a change in design from the original. This includes a wedding card, an envelope and insert

When should I order?
You need to receive your order, send your cards and wait for the person on the other side to receive it. Once we receive the proof we will provide a more specific delivery date. As a general guide, invitations should be sent out at least six weeks before the wedding. However, many couples find that it eases the stress if they give themselves 10-12 weeks.

Can I change the text on any of the existing cards?
