Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling. We accept most major credit cards bank transfer and cheques. Please make all cheques payable to LaiQ and send to LaiQ, PO BOX 1261, Luton, LU1 9FQ All bank transfers need to be made to HSBC. Account name LaiQ S/C 40-30-32 A/C 42164515 Only when payment is received and cleared for the above will the goods be despatched.

Prices

LaiQ ’s prices are competitive; however we reserve the right to alter these without notice. Any price increase will not affect orders already gone through. Prices are displayed exclusive of postage and packaging cost

Products
LaiQ produce its work in house but from time to time may need to sub contract.

LaiQ will do their best to give you a product as representative of your chosen colour matches as possible. However, under no circumstances will LaiQ be responsible for variation in colour caused by inaccurate colour calibration of purchasers’ computer equipment. Our discretion is final. Purchasers who are unsure of any colour match should request a Colour Match card to be sent prior to ordering.

All products are hand painted or hand made therefore not every item will be identical. There will be slight variations

Delivery

All canvases will be despatched within 3-21 working days but delivery for customized art will be dependant on the work. Cards will be dispatched with 4-8 weeks after proofing has been signed and returned.

We will do our best to deliver your product in the quickest time possible. As we have no control over royal mail and as accidents and natural disasters can have an affect on transport this may delay delivery. In these incidents LaiQ will not be liable for any loss or damage beyond what is paid for the product. Please check your delivery before signing for it. Any problems with courier service should be raised to us immediately.

Delivery is £7.25 on all orders within UK mainland. Delivery to outside of UK mainland vary. Please contact us for more details. Saturday delivery to UK mainland costs an additional £10

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before the items have been dispatched. Please contact us for more details. However there is a 50% non refundable charge for customized art and all cards ordered before proofing has been signed.

Refunds and Returns

If an item is returned to us within 14 days of purchase we will offer a full refund or exchange. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. It must be in its original condition and returned along with its return form. If the item is damaged or lost whist in transit back to us then LaiQ is unable to accept liability.

Any item which has been made to specific requirement cannot be refunded once proofing is signed and sent back to us unless the item is damaged.

Any problems with any part of an order must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt, or the following Tuesday morning if your order was delivered on a Saturday. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyers fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

Please note that all refunds and exchanges must be made through our website and not through any of ours stockists unless purchased from there.

We will refund the original credit card charged only. (Please note that refunds may not show up on your bank statement immediately).

Alterations

Any alterations that need to be made as a result of negligent proof reading by the client will be charged accordingly
